D84 Carbon SL is a light weight racing compound. D stands for double carbon material consisting of T800S and M40J materials combined with nanoalloy resin. The frame is exceptionally rigid against horizontal forces,while at the same time, being absorbent to vibrations. Extremely light weight and race tough construction for the most demanding racers.

T784 Carbon is a triple carbon compound made of T700, T800S and M40J materials and the best of conventional resins. Frames built for T784 are as rigid as D84, but more durable.

Its unique characteristic is the arrangement of carbon fibers in a strictly defined manner, so that the whole construction is exceptionally rigid against horizontal forces, while at the same time, being absorbent to vibrations. Such a solution allows a maximum transmission of the driving force to the rear wheel, while at the same time, retaining the necessary suppressing properties.

The top-of-the-line aluminum frames used in race category bicycles (except for road bikes) are made of the new 7046 t6 aluminum alloy. Thanks to technologies borrowed from the carbon constructions, as well as the qualities of the alloy itself, aluminum ultralight frames were “slimmed down”, gained rigidity, resistance to expansion and demonstrate higher plasticity limits.

Improved version of the aluminum 6061 alloy is a perfect compromise between high stiffness and low mass. It is very resistant to external conditions, breakages and impacts. Thanks to the butting of all the frame tubes, we were able to retain toughness of the construction, while at the same time, reduce construction mass.
