T784 Carbon is a triple carbon compound made of T700, T800S and M40J materials and the best of conventional resins. Frames built for T784 are as rigid as D84, but more durable.
Bearings are contained inside cups and the cups are pressed into the frame to increase peddling efficiency, decrease wear of the bearings and create a better transfer of the driving force to the wheel.
Conical frame-head with gradually changing diameter from 1 1/8” at the top to 1.5” at the bottom increases durability as well as stiffness of the construction and results with greater precision of steering.
We created a system of exchangeable dropouts in order to protect our frames as much as possible. In case of damage they can be easily and quickly exchanged. Screws or a special nut are used for the dropout in order to minimize frame damage.
Inner cable routing improves the longevity of cables and shells, protecting them from mud, sand and rain. it helps save precious grams and achieves the flawless, sports-professional character of the bicycle
