LEVEL A6 is a bicycle designed for people who are starting their cycling adventure. The frame, made of a durable Aluminium Lite material, was coated using Powder Coated technology which guarantees a high-durability surface finish. Similarly to our other hight models, we used welds smoothing and hydroforming process to accentuate the frame's racing character. LEVEL A6 is equipped with Rock Shox shock absorber, SRAM fixtures, Avid Elixir 1 hydraulic brakes, wheels with WTB rims and Shimano hubs as well as Kross Sport components.

Improved version of the aluminum 6061 alloy is a perfect compromise between high stiffness and low mass. It is very resistant to external conditions, breakages and impacts. Thanks to the butting of all the frame tubes, we were able to retain toughness of the construction, while at the same time, reduce construction mass.

Method used to shape tubes by pressurized liquid injection. This technology primarily creates a lighter structure characterized by higher durability and precise finishing.
Painting by placing electrified powder paint molecules onto aluminum, which requires heat treatment. After sintering the varnish surface creates a perfectly smooth coat which is very resistant to mechanical damage.
We created a system of exchangeable dropouts in order to protect our frames as much as possible. In case of damage they can be easily and quickly exchanged. Screws or a special nut are used for the dropout in order to minimize frame damage.
